The proposed campus approach connects movement with opportunities to communicate, collaborate, and take responsibility.

Status: in preparation in the available launch coverage. School-specific schedules and enrollment are not yet published here.

1. Listen to the school

Start by talking with the school about student ages, interests, available space, equipment and teacher capacity. The goal is a plan students can join and the school can realistically sustain.

2. Design together

Build a locally workable mix of movement, team tasks, mentor support, and reflection. Earlier training routines in China are references, not a confirmed US timetable.

3. Practice participation and leadership

Proposed activities include taking turns leading a warm-up, sharing team responsibilities, and encouraging younger peers. These are planned learning opportunities, not measured outcomes.

4. Reflect and improve

Look at participation, attendance, retention and girls’ participation, alongside changes in movement habits and feedback from students, teachers and families. These are planned measures, not results already achieved.

Support around the activity

Launch coverage also describes plans for bilingual teacher materials, family communication, and career exploration. Proposed AI assistance would support materials and feedback organization, with review by teachers and project staff. Training and student care remain human responsibilities.

Who helps make it happen?

The launch deck brings together schools, community organizations, sports professionals and civic partners. The aim is to connect the people who know students with the people who can offer activities, guidance and practical support.
