Founded by Hang Gao, the Institute was incorporated in California on June 9, 2026. Its purpose centers on advancing women’s leadership through women’s sport activities and special events.

Hang Gao Founder & Chair
A swimmer, mother of two, and youth sports advocate, Hang Gao helped develop teacher support for China’s Larkspur Project. She now brings that experience to school partnerships in the United States.
